It’s an honour to invite you to the deepening seminar.

It is also a privileged moment when we give ourselves time to nourish the precious relationship with our true Self and with each other in a space that creates authenticity and humanity.

We will move, energetically and physically. We will talk and share and meditate. We will experi-ence moments of intensity and moments of deep rest. Above all we will deepen our sense of our Self in a context of shared relationship.
